PLEASE NOTE: We are committed to providing top-quality cleaning services to all our clients. In order to maintain our high standards and ensure every home receives the care it deserves, we may apply a "heavy duty" fee for exceptionally challenging cleaning tasks. This fee, ranging from $75 to $250, will be added when a property requires significantly more time, effort, and resources to achieve our standard of cleanliness. The office will reach out if it is needed. Extra pet hair shedding, decluttering, interior windows, blinds, wall washing, dishes, laundry, inside fridge, inside oven, and post construction cleaning are all subject to additional charges. Moreover, we are not a restoration service. We will not be held responsible for any existing wear and tear on the property if there are any stains, scratches, or damage.
